    Shocking customer service. Huge disappointment for a company of this importance and longstanding.
    no phones get answered. emails not responded to. Cannot open the statement with the correct password (date of birth). HOW are you still in business???

    I have been having my INR tests at Lancet for 4 years. Last week I got an SMS to say they were concerned that I had not been for a test since the 15 October. I haven’t had a chance to go. I then received another SMS saying the same thing BUT with the addition of “ if you do not respond to this message in 24 hours you will be marked as inactive at the anti coagulation clinic.” I am so angry about this. I am not a child to be punished for not having a test.
    Almost being “blacklisted”. My last test was 2 weeks ago.
    I am disgusted at this treatment.
    In addition they message daily if my medical aid hasn’t paid the account, even on a Saturday and Sunday.
    The staff at head office are very good but this! I am speechless at this rudeness. It is unacceptable.

    I had a bad experiance at the lab at Glynwood hospital .I called need to speak to someome in. customer care re thus matter at customer care after a long wait got through to someone at. Auclanpark .after a long chat was refferred to another person who dropped my my call . I olso have an account ? The male at reception ignored me by chatting to another in venecular even though. I gave him my form. I waited long .
    I had the stool in a clean tablet container. which I expected woud be taken by a Nurse who was close by. I was given a specimen bottle and told there is no toilet at the lab. if its the truth then am disgusted. every other lab has a.patient toilet for Urine and stool collection. I called lancet at the hospital asked where they where they were. he just pass the lift not far. I am 79 yrs old using a walking stick. If I had known I would have to go in the opposite direction I would have used my walker. instead. I asked can it not be trañsferred by who would be taking the blood . He said no.it would smell.
    What if it was a midstreem urine sample for Mcs which had to be at the hospital would I be given a specimen bottle to use in the small public toilet I was sent to which is used by the general public.
    Ive never had this bad experience at any other lab. I wanted to go to another lab close by which has a patient toilet. but it was a lancet. form. I would never again come to a lancet lab
    I went to a toilet which was in use at the time. It was good enough for me to experience the smell. in such a small. Thats not all I got an account which is horendously out if my range as a pentioner er care
    phoning customercare was also a dissaste my valler
    spoke to 1 female who took all my details
    en tranferrd to second one who was a males who dropped my call after waiting so.long

      Absolutely the worst pathology service provider in South Africa.
      Please give your accouts dept. proper training in submitting claims. They have submitted claims to our medical aid for a dependant that has never even been for any tests at all….
      Please wake-up. I am not getting paid to try and correct your mistakes.
      Would have given you zero stars if that was an option.
