During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the founders established Yethu Wines. This was the fulfillment of a dream to bring to market one of the best-kept secrets of a great cultivar from the Tulbagh Winelands. The name “Yethu” was derived from the isiZulu word, EYETHU, meaning “Ours.” It depicts the pride we have in our brand of wines. Based on exceptional taste and quality coming from one of the most exciting wine-producing regions in the Western Cape. Nestled on a sixteen-acre (16) plot, the vineyard is adjacent to many wine farms.
