Opened in June 2015, Willow is a lifestyle boutique situated in the heart of Morningside in Durban. We love and celebrate local design and have a beautifully curated mix of fashion, accessories and skincare from South African designers. We select timeless, classic pieces that are made with care. That said the originality and often quirky nature that local makers bring to design is always inspiring.

Our Return Policy for items purchased on-line is as follows:
– Returns – non-defective products
– Goods purchased must be returned in an undamaged condition together with the original packaging within 10 business days after delivery to you.
– Returns – defective products
Should we supply the incorrect product or if the product is damaged or faulty, we shall exchange the product for a new one, provided that the damaged unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
