        On 04/08/2024 , 05/08/2024 I accidentally paid money to Temu even though I made a single order which I am waiting for it and it also require R70 for Custom Duty and Temu is so quite about double deposit made on a single order please be honest and refund me after you cover custom duty fee .I hope to hear from Temu as soon as possible regarding my double payment

    I have made numerous orders from Temu.
    All went well… until my last order.
    Told by Buffalo to pay Tax and Duties.
    I did as requested.
    Later informed this not paid. I sent them proof of payment from FNB eft.
    They informed me my proof of payment not acceptable.
    I must send a email from FNB as proof.
    Again I did as requested.
    Again to told this proof of payment not acceptable.
    So either I pay Again or lose my bought goods. Be careful.

      I’ve now got a similar problem with Temu and Buffalo couriers. When I approve my order with Temu And Buffalo it goes straight to paid, which ive not approved . Then I get messages we have received your payment which is not possible. There is definitely a hacking problem. I now am to concerned to order from them. Please believe me I’ve bought a lot from them. I’ve got quite a lot of items I would like to purchase

      Fastway Couriers sucks. Parcels 5 to 6 days late.
      Buffalo much faster and on time. One time 1 day early.
      Don’t want to order if product says Fastway Courier.

    I purchased over R1,000 worth of clothing from TEMU, and after payment, received an additional invoice of almost R200 for taxes. It was not stipulated anywhere, so it is totally unacceptable. Also, I signed in on my laptop, expected loyalty reward on the FishLand app, and never got that either. Very dissappointing and I shant be buying from TEMU again

      We like your products but given the challenges on orders from other customers, I suggest that you set an office or warehouse in South Africa, so that people can buy direct without these shipping or charges.
