Softcom maintains electronic records of individual clients, as well as past and potential clients. The information covers their First name, Surname, Title, gender, telephone and email numbers, the name of their Employer, and their position within that company.

Softcom records this personal information for some employees of all their clients in order to be able to offer support as and when required, or to address invoices to a client. We also retain personal information on current, past and potential clients so that we can respond to sales enquiries and advise you of product updates and new product releases.
