Sitters4U is a locally based professional childcare, education, home and administrative support service provider. Since 2007 we have catered to family and business needs, providing in-person services in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and abroad.
Our service range includes professional childcare, educational (including homeschooling and online educational support), administrative and home management support services for private families, and childminding services for film, restaurants, events, concierge and hotels, etc.
Having processed over 100 000 applications since 2007, we maintain an active database of professional staff across South Africa. We not only save our clients time, and resources but through stringent vetting processes, we ensure your peace of mind, anytime. We set the bar for what is today considered professional family support in South Africa.

Available across South Africa, our local families with on-going long term needs, we offer a range of compartmentalized vetting and sourcing services for long term (90 days+) full time, part time or on going babysitting needs, allowing families to build their service package according to their needs and budgeting:

– Review only the top applications from our pre-screened team, matched to your needs, for swift turn around
– Review only the top applications from external applications generated by marketing to our vetted team, and across multiple marketing platforms, we sift through these applications so you don’t have to.
– Screen external candidates sourced by you to insure you have the best candidate for the job
– We provide contracts of employment for service providers sourced by Sitters4U or by yourself
SwiftCARE Placements
– 24 hours (over one or more bookings) to 90 days service
– Available in Cape Town and Gauteng, SwiftCARE is our bespoke service generally for international clients, holidaying families, or those requiring short term placements of FamilyCARE services providers
– End to end professional recommendation based recruitment services
– Receive qualified applications for your needs from pre-screened applications only
– 24 hours up to a maximum period of 90 days service

On-Demand Care | Babysitting:

– For local families we will assist you through LocalCARE service to source long term babysitters for your family in Cape Town or Gauteng.
