Mustard Deli is a handcrafted, homegrown business based in Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). We create artisanal wholegrain mustards, jams and deli products with interesting flavours. In 2014, we started specializing in mustards and at present we have developed over 30 flavours. All our products are made in small batches, with quality ingredients and contain no preservatives, colourants, bulking agents or flavourants.
Our products are there for those people, like my wife who inspired me, who has allergic reactions to preservatives in food. It is for people who want to know what they are putting in their bodies and are looking for good, quality foods.

When we first started making our products, we thought of the man in the street but over time, restaurants and eateries started contacting us for bulk products. We now make the mustards in 1kg and 5kg containers.
Our products are so unique, they are usually bought as gifts as well so we have developed little gift boxes for two mustards and these are popular for “Get Well Soon”, Birthday Gifts and at the end of the year for Corporate gifts, Christmas gifts etc. They have also made their way onto Wedding tables as Wedding favours with customeized labels on the lids.
