I have tried to contact Makro telephonically several times with no success. There is also no e-mail address available. On 8 February I purchased two air conditioners. The sales person they use Blingstallation to install the air cons at a cost of R3 800.00 plus additional costs for the brackets. This came to a furtherR2 265.00. Then they told me I would have to get an electrician to complete the installation (i.e the electrical cables) This came to R2 229.00. At no time was I informed that I would have all of these extra costs. Blingstallation also did not pitch up on the day scheduled. We had to keep phoning them. I feel I was completely misled by Makro’s staff. I’m sure I could have found someone much cheaper. There was even an amount of R200,00 for sundries! I can’t get hold of Makro to lodge a complaint. Whatever you do, don’t let them persuade you to use Blingstallation!
I don’t wish to get anything delivered from Struben Valley. They are horrible. No sense of professionalism at all. Stock records not being updated….almost every time I order something should be cancelled and you must wait for more than a week to get a refund.
This time around I have been calling and sending emails to no avail……..they did not deliver a whole box of 48x36g of Lay’s salted chips……no concrete answer yet and they don’t seem to care
Deliveries are quick. But After-sales service and communication with customers is absolutely shocking. Customer Care can’t even get hold of the store manager. I should have looked at the Facebook reviews before ordering.
Their customer service is horrible. They did not deliver a whole b9x of 48x36g Lay’s chips……and have been calling and sending emails to no avail. No concrete answer yet……so frustrating
