The security services shall be delivered in a competent and efficient manner and shall include but not limited to:
– The use of adequate system and security plans to protect life, immovable and movable property of our clients
– The use and management of a system that ensures the protection of our clients’ visitors
– The use and management of a system to enforce all laws, ordinances and client policies and arrest offenders with the assistance of the police
– The use and management of a patrol system, on a 24-hour-seven days-a-week basis
– Ensuring that our staff have customer friendly orientation and have received training in working with the public
– Providing services in a manner that does not damage or ridicule the symbolism of our clients and their image
– Use of an effective system urging staff and dealing with evaluative feedback from clients
