Energy Partners develops, invests and operates the utility assets which drive the critical, operational performance of our clients. These include Power PPA’s, Cooling as a Service (CaaS) and Steam Outsourcing assets.
Our investment team utilises bespoke and innovative investment structures in order to optimise the sustainability of our projects. We have invested in and manage more than sixty different assets across different technologies. All these assets are carried 100% on the Energy Partners balance sheet.
Our equity investments are supported by pre-approved funding facilities that include Construction and Term components, which are now in excess of $75m. This translates into flexible and swift investment decisions to meet our clients’ requirements.

World-Class Power Generation
Energy Partners Power constructs and operates world-class sustainable power solutions across Africa in the commercial and industrial sectors. Our installed solar capacity to date is in excess of 100 MWp for many of Africa’s largest sub-Saharan companies – including the biggest industrial rooftop PPA solar system in Africa. Our current solar footprint will generate 1.45 GWh of electricity (R1.75B at current rates) over the next 25 years.

Sustainable Refrigeration Solutions
Energy Partners Refrigeration offers both Turnkey (Cash) and Outsourced Utility solutions to refrigeration clients in the industrial and commercial sectors. We identify and develop sustainable refrigeration projects which are designed according to world-class engineering standards. We monitor our performance and pro-actively manage maintenance to ensure optimal efficiency, maximising client profitability and ensuring long-term plant efficiency and reliability.

We specialise in electrical, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration engineering, pursuing capital cost efficiency and optimising the total life cycle cost of the solution.
