De Eetkamer, translating to “The Dining Room,” is a distinguished restaurant situated in the heart of Stellenbosch.
Housed in a meticulously renovated old stable near the historic Moederkerk, the restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its long, rectangular layout that pays homage to its rich heritage.
Under the culinary direction of chef Marco Cardoso, De Eetkamer presents an ever-evolving menu of approximately 12 small plates, each reflecting diverse global cuisines—from Japan and Korea to Peru and the Mediterranean.
