- Clicks: The flagship brand, Clicks, is a leading health and beauty retailer in South Africa. With over 900 stores and over 715 in-store pharmacies, Clicks offers a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals, personal care items, beauty products, and household goods. The stores also feature in-house pharmacies staffed by qualified pharmacists.
- Clicks Baby: A wide range of mother and baby products including baby hardware, accessories, health, foods, diapers and wipes and baby toiletries. The first standalone Clicks Baby store was opened in 2021, and we now have five standalone stores.
- The Body Shop: Clicks holds the exclusive franchise for The Body Shop in Southern Africa, offering ethically sourced beauty and cosmetic products. This partnership aligns with Clicks’ commitment to sustainable and responsible retailing.
- UPD: The country’s only full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler and supplies retail pharmacies, private hospitals, dispensing doctors and retail health stores. The business provides the distribution capability for the group’s integrated channel to the healthcare market.
- Sorbet: Largest professional beauty salon chain. Sorbet is the country’s largest professional beauty salon franchise chain, with a national presence of 194 outlets operating under the Sorbet (all-round beauty therapy), Sorbet Man (male grooming) and Candi & Co (ethnic haircare) brands. Sorbet products are sold in the beauty salons as well as in Clicks stores.
- M-Kem: Specialised 24-hour pharmacy. M-Kem is a well-established all-hours specialised pharmacy which includes a diabetic clinic, travel clinic and wounds management practice. Located in Cape Town, M-Kem was acquired by the group in April 2023 and extends the convenience of the retail pharmacy offering.
- GNC: Clicks is the exclusive distributor of General Nutrition Corporation (GNC) products in South Africa. GNC is a globally recognised brand specialising in health and wellness supplements.
- Claire’s: Clicks operates Claire’s, a leading retailer of fashionable jewellery and accessories for young women and girls, enhancing the group’s appeal to a younger demographic.
