Opened in October 2022 under the guidance of acclaimed chef Bertus Basson, the restaurant presents hyper-seasonal four- and six-course menus that highlight the finest local ingredients, complemented by Waterkloof’s biodynamic wines.
The modernist glass dining room provides a serene atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy dishes such as raw tuna with apricot and almond, or crisp confit chicken with langoustine and sweetcorn. An aperitif by the fireplace in the sophisticated lounge enhances the overall experience.
