Practice Areas
We provide our clients with a competent range of services in the fields of immigration, refugee, labour, family, personal injury (including Road Accident Fund matters), and criminal law. We also administer deceased estates.
Our Road Accident Fund matters are usually on a contingency fee basis in terms of the Contingency Fees Act (66 of 1997) meaning that we only recover our fees on the successful conclusion of a client’s claim from the Road Accident Fund.
We are mindful that many individuals do not have the means to pay for the high costs associated with legal consultation, advice and litigation and therefore negotiate with clients beforehand to ensure that they are able to obtain the best legal services at an affordable cost.

FRAUD
When you are in financial distress and physical pain it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions . That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. Patrick explained the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process that where needed to be done. He was reassuring, articulate, knowable and effective. Patrick made the process so much easier and gave me peace of mind in a stressful but successful outcome. Patrick was selected on recommendation from a trusted friend and was some of the “Best” advice I have ever received.
I not only recommend attorney Patrick , but I guarantee once you have used his service you too will look no further. He responds in an extreme timely matter, he is a very knowledge, trustworthy person. There is no other attorney that will work as hard for you. I used Patrick for custody, he is a wonderful attorney I could not have been happier and I will never go anywhere else.
Attorney Best has assisted me with my child custody and child support cases. He is absolutely fantastic and did a great job. I highly recommend him!
Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Patrick Lloyd
was nothing was “sugar coated”. He was very straight forward and told me what to expect each step of the way. Going thru the separation and divorce from start to finish, Patrick Lloyd
kept me informed of each step and what the options were and what the risks were. There were no empty promises made just to keep the client happy which I know sometimes occurs when seeking counsel. Since this was the first time going through a divorce I had many questions.
Fraudulent
