– Wedding ceremony rehearsal with the couple, minister & bridal party day before the wedding at the venue with music.
– Wedding budgeting.
– Three meetings with the bridal couple inclusive of a venue visit.
– Overview of the supplier contracts, confirming the details and services contracted to the suppliers and liaise with the suppliers to confirm arrangements and deliveries for the day.
– Overseeing the full setup of Ceremony and Reception.
– We will setup your décor at no charge should you not have a hired décor supplier for setup.
– Flower setup is a separate packageOn your day wedding itinerary & furniture plan of ceremony and reception.
– Managing the order of events for your wedding day by assisting with the preparation of the wedding timeline and checklists prior to your wedding. Manage the deliveries from suppliers at the wedding ceremony venue and the reception venue.
– Keeping the venue informed and updated throughout the planning process.
– Full wedding day itinerary and a ceremony rehearsal with the couple, minister & bridal party at the venue with music.
– Full set up and breakdown of décor & flowers.
– Ensuring all suppliers receive a delivery schedule and copies of the wedding itinerary. Décor hire & floral design proposal for couple.
– Decor design & styling.
– Catering and beverage requirements.
– Brief MC on his/her duties and responsibilities. Assist MC with walk through before the ceremony begins.
– Accommodation sourcing for bridal couple & wedding guests.
