OMW this is one of the worst online services that I have had in the last 2 years….
I ordered a portable aircon on the 7th of Feb 2024, PAID on the 7th of Feb 2024 and I must add the web site showed in stock. So today I phone because there is NO communication after the 7th and I have not had an email to say processed as it takes 7 working days after to deliver.
The lady tells me there was no stock and they are waiting for the supplier REALLY??? if I knew this, I would have bought another aircon somewhere else, so all in all I was told by Friday the 23rd I SHOULD have my aircon. This is 2 and a half weeks later maybe.
This is ridiculous and now that I read all the complaints about AC Direct, I should have checked the reviews before purchasing.
