Be careful when using this company. Poor service and rude staff. They will damage your furniture and good change you will not get all your furniture delivered. Items collected on 26 July 2024. Today 14 August and still waiting for items. Take full insurance because you will need it.
Just sharing my experience with the public as my move went well over the weekend with this company moving us from Durban to Springbok. They were well equip and had extra wrapping available on there truck.They had 2 drivers on there truck so delivery time was much quicker as they arrived before us at the destination.Great job 101 Xpress.My recommendation to the public give them a try they are reliable and safe to use.
I agree with the above as my experience with 101Express was exactly the same with extoring of money, and claiming goods cant be moved due to the insurance. Now Clinton is not taking calls for two days and we have no idea when the furniture will be delivered.
Worst relocation service ever experienced. Clinton will break every promise that he makes and when your goods eventually arrive, there will be significant damage with many items missing. The insurance they sell you is nonexistent. You have no opportunity of ever submitting a claim because Insurance company does not exist. They try and extort additional monies from you 2 get the outstanding goods delivered. Would review them zero if such a rating existed. Worst is they ask for full payment upfront so there is no retention money.
