How to update your subscription bank card

If you’re subscribed to a premium listing package, you might occasionally update your card details (or update them if your card has expired).

To change the card that is linked to a subscription, do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayFast account.
  2. Navigate to My Buyer Account > My subscriptions.
  3. Under My subscriptions history, find the subscription that you want to edit the card on.
  4. Under the Actions column click “…” and select Edit card details.
  5. Select the card you would like to change the subscription to, or if you want to add a new card click New card. If you add a new card you will need to repeat steps 2-4.

Please note: When you change the card linked to the subscription, you will be redirected to the 3D Secure page to verify your card with an amount of R0.
