I purchased a product from hiar renewal studio in mid May and was promised delivery in 12 weeks. It was a cheap exercise. So it 16 weeks later and still no product. I have never heard from hair renewal studios since they took my money. I have to constantly make calls to these pathetic disgusting people to find out where my product is. I have decided that they are not worth it, I would rather have my money refunded and pay a premium at advanced hair studios where customer service is a priority. With all due respect (not that you deserve any), you should be in business. This is just a warning to people out considering wasting their time and money at hair renewal studios, please don’t. These guys can’t be trusted, they do not care about customers, they seem to be of the impression that CUSTOMERS NEED Them. Well take this from a highly educated somebody, we don’t! I trust that the matter will be resolved before this get any worse.
