    Good day,

    When this order was delivered to my holiday destination on 12.12.24 the below 4 items were broken so the driver took them back to replace.

    I was notified telephonically that these would be replaced & delivered, plse see attached mail notifying me of broken items.

    I’ve been following up with your call centre & waiting for delivery but received no correspondence nor delivery. Every time I phone I speak to a new assistant & this matter is not getting resolved.

    As we’ve left our holiday destination kindly refund the following items urgently;
    1. 1 x Franjelico Hazelnut Liquor
    2. 2 x Johnny Walker Black Label
    3. 1 x Cinzano Rosso Vermouth

    Kindly keep me updated.

    I have received the attached refund confirmation, but it does not specify these items nor amounts, I assume it was for another refund on another order of mine.

    I’m an EXTREMELY disappointed customer with Makro’s lack of response, correspondence & time taken to resolve this issue.
    I’ve placed many orders with you & doubt I shall ever again after this horrible experience.
    This order was for the festive season, which is long past. Not only were we inconvenienced by not receiving these items, I’m still waiting for my refund over such a long period of time.

    I bought a Sinotech 32 HD LED TV at Amanzimtoti Makro. Date of purchase was the 9th December 2023. I returned it back for repairs on the 20 July 2024. Reason for repairs it was not displaying pictures but the sound is there.

    22 July 2024 I was telephone by Makro to collect my TV. Upon my arrival they couldn’t fix the TV because TV was cracked in inside. It’s not my fault it’s theirs. So why can’t they solve the problem or give me money back?

    I asked the lady who assisting why it was not repaired since it’s not my fault and it’s still under warranty. Her response was she doesn’t know. I told her that I will take it further. It’s either they give back my money or they give me a new television.

    I’m very disappointed and disgusted by Makro. All I want is justice to be done.
