The practice has been involved for many years in assisting to establish upliftment projects. • DESIGN
All designs done by the firms Architects are bespoke designs and are site specific.
• MUNICIPAL AND WORKING DRAWINGS
We do fully detailed drawings for the purposes of Council approval and construction.
• SPECIFICATION AND TENDER PROCEDURES
We assist our clients with the signing and administration of the JBCC Building Contract. Monthly meetings and site visits to monitor work on site, and the co-ordination between the contractor and appointed engineers and other professionals.
• CONTRACT ADMIN
